No experience necessary, all skill levels welcome!
Come join the fun and learn the art of mosaics. In this 5-session class you will have the choice of creating a beautiful clock, house number plaque ormirror. For each project, you can choose your own color palette and learn how to design, cut/grind stained-glass, personalize with unique beads and other high-quality adornments, and grout your mosaic masterpiece! These also make wonderful gifts!
Project descriptions and and pricing:
NEW! Clock: You will create a mosaic clock on a natural 11” wooden base and will have a choice of unique clock hands to compliment your project. Clock requires AA batteries (included). Price $150
House Number Plaque: Karen will prepare your wooden frame to be highly weather-resistant prior to the first class. You will have the option of hanging horizontally or vertically. Frames can accommodate between 1-4 numbers. ***Please add in note section at checkout: how many numbers will be in your house plaque (1-4). Price $185
Mirror: create a beautiful mosaic mirror on a hand-crafted wooden frame (~16"x14"). You will have the option of hanging horizontally or vertically. Price $195
Please come to the first class with a design idea or two!. Feel free to contact Karen prior to the class if you need any guidance: olivetealarts@gmail.com. All materials, use of safety equipment and tools included in price. Please wear closed-toe shoes to class.
