Custom Mosaic Dog Portrait: These involve fine detail and I pay extra attention to capturing the emotions of your beloved pet’s eyes. Each mosaic involves hand cutting tiny pieces of glass – so no smashing plates here! I work from a photograph of your dog and apply each individual piece of glass using special magnification glasses and tweezers. I want to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind, deeply personal piece that you will treasure for a lifetime! These also make a wonderful gift or pet memorial. If your request is for a pet memorial, I can attach a special dog tag to the back of the mosaic or have one engraved for a nominal charge.
A custom dog mosaic portrait generally runs between $1000 - $3000. Each piece of work usually takes 12-14 weeks to complete – and includes custom framing.
Custom Mosaic House Number Plaque: I create these with hand-cut glass and high quality beads and other adornments. I work with you on a color palate to compliment the exterior of your home. These also make wonderful gifts and are made to withstand the elements. I take extra time to make them highly weather resistant and ready to hang.
If the house number has 1-2 numbers = $175, 3-4 numbers = $250. Each piece of work usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete.
Due to the fragile nature of these custom mosaic pieces, Oliveteal Arts will arrange for local delivery only. A 50% deposit is required to secure project and the remaining 50% paid at completion of project.
