Class Offerings

Mosaics:

Mosaics was my first love (and still is!) I took my first mosaic class when my older daughter was a baby – that was 24 years ago! I’ve created many pieces… from mirrors and frames, to house number plaques to very detailed dog portraits. For classes involving younger children, all glass beads and tiles will be pre-cut with no sharp edges.

Mosaics for Beginners / Intermediates (ages 13 - Adults) 6 sessions - 2.5 hours each, $175 per person includes all materials

This class will focus on design, glass cutting techniques, gluing and grouting. You will have the choice of making a framed mirror, a house number plaque, or a tray to hold your phone, jewelry, keys or even a cup of tea!

Mosaics for Beginners – Pre-teen (ages 10 - 12) 2 sessions. First class 3 hours, second class 1.5 hours. $100 per person includes all materials

This class will focus on design, gluing and grouting. You will have the choice of making a piece of wall art or a frame for your room or locker!

Mixed Media / Mosaics for Beginners - Kids (ages 7 - 9) 2 hour class, $40 per person includes all materials

This class will focus on design and application. You will have the choice of making a small picture frame or your initial!

Wet Felted Wool:

The cool thing about wool is it comes in so many gorgeous colors – and you can mold the wool fibers and unique trim options into something 3 dimensional!

Wet Felted Bowls (ages 13 - Adults) 3 hour class, $75 per person and includes all materials*

This class will focus on design, technique, molding and shaping. You will leave with a beautiful bowl that can be used as a planter, jewelry holder, etc.

*For a small additional charge, I will have an assortment of beautiful small plants and liners available for purchase. So, you’re out the door with a complete gift, beautifully packaged and sure to WOW!
